Dawn Johnson, President/CEO
DCJ Global Management Solutions, LLC was found by Dawn Johnson, a retired Enforcement Case Development Officer and Inspector from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Before joining the EPA, Dawn worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. During her career at the EPA, Dawn worked in the Office of Regional Counsel, Superfund and Emergency Management Division, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Air Enforcement, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Environmental Justice, and the Pesticides and Toxic Programs. Dawn was also a collateral duty Equal Employment Counselor (EEO).
